Ukraine's Zelenskyy visits troops at front
KYIV, Ukraine — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Wednesday he had visited troops at the southeastern front line, where Kyiv has claimed recent gains against Russian forces. The Ukrainian president explained that he had discussed ways to "strengthen the defences" of Ukraine. He cited, as work routes, the supply of drones, artillery, direct financing of brigades and desertion problems affecting the army.
"Today, with the commander-in-chief of the Mykhailo Drapaty armed forces, we are on the front line in the Oleksandrivskii sector," he wrote on social media.
The President met with the soldiers of the 80th Brigade and discussed the needs of the units
