“President Zelensky is going to sign this agreement, that's the main point,” said Waltz, at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Washington, quoted by Fox News. Waltz said that Zelensky would sign the agreement “very soon” and that it will be good for both countries, since American taxpayers can recover the billions of dollars that were sent to Ukraine due to the Russian invasion.
