Allies sent Ukraine 'signals' on reducing strikes on Russian oil, Zelenskyy says
Ukraine may limit strikes on Russia's oil sector if Moscow halts attacks on its energy infrastructure amid a global fuel crisis that cut 40% of Russia’s oil exports, Zelenskyy said.
