The President of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, Judge Fayssa Zeidan, confirmed on Wednesday that the Agreement on the Regulation of Navigation at Khor Abdullah, concluded between Iraq and Kuwait on 29 April 2012, represented a technical and administrative treatment of the consequences of the invasion of Kui by Saddam Hussein ' s regime.
