A 51-year-old Slovak man has been taken into police custody on suspicion of beating a 46-year-old woman to death in Pakoštane on Tuesday evening, the Zadar police reported on Friday. The Zadar police announced that on Wednesday at around 11 p.m. they received a report that emergency medical personnel were sent to intervene in the Pakoštane area, where a woman was staying in a rented apartment and needed medical attention.
An investigation has been launched in Croatia into the violent death of a Slovak woman. Zadar police have arrested her alleged killer, a man of Slovak origin.
The incident occurred on July 1st, and the ambulance was called a day later.
