In accordance with the demands of the National Anti-Terrorist Prosecutor's Office, an investigating judge dismissed the investigation into the Rambouillet bombing in April 2021, said a source close to the case on Thursday, 16 October. Jihadist Jamel Gorchane stabbed a police officer to death before being killed.
