Yuko Horio Becomes Jta's New President, the First Woman to Assume the Role

At a board meeting on the 18th, Japan Airlines (JAL) decided to appoint Executive Officer and Head of Airport Division, Yuko Horio (56), as the new president of Japan Transocean Air (JTA, Naha City), effective April 1st. This will be the first time a woman has been appointed president of JTA. Current president, Nozomi Noguchi (57), will become Executive Officer and Head of Airport Division at JAL.
