Through social networks, a young woman identified as “Yayis” reported an alleged case of harassment that occurred on the afternoon of Thursday, March 5, 2026 while exercising around the Laguna del Carpintero in Tampico. According to her testimony, about 7:30 p.m., as she passed through an area with bushes on Fidel Velázquez Boulevard, she was intercepted by a man who came out of the bush completely naked.
