The Santander Local Police has arrested a 23-year-old man for an alleged crime against sexual freedom for having touched a girl under 15 years of age.The identification and detention of the man took place around 8.30 p.m. this Wednesday in La Remonta Park, where the above-mentioned events had taken place.The police have instituted judicial proceedings for an alleged crime against sexual freedom.
