Judge Annelie Carlo-Rivera of the Mayagüez Court found probable cause this afternoon for the arrest of 18-year-old Elián Rodríguez Ascencio, who, during the early hours of yesterday, brought the lifeless body of his partner to the municipal command with a gunshot wound to the head.
The Mayagüez Court found on Saturday a case for arrest of Elian Rodríguez Asencio, 18 years old, for allegedly shooting his partner to death. The defendant faces a total of five charges; three for violation of the Arms Law, one for femicide and one for destruction of evidence.
