Man charged with murder after death of 10-week-old girl

A 20-year-old man has been charged with murder following the death of a 10-week-old baby girl in central Queensland.
Police were called to a property in Gracemere on January 19 when they found the baby unconscious and not breathing.
The baby girl died from traumatic injuries after being taken to Rockhampton Hospital, then airlifted to Brisbane, where she died on January 22.
Detective Inspector Luke Peachey stated that the injuries were substantial and traumatic for all involved, including emergency services.
