The Eastern High Court has today ruled that a 20-year-old man who has been in custody after a fatal fistfight with a 64-year-old participant at the Copenhell music festival must be released.
A 20-year-old man, who was remanded in custody by the Copenhagen City Court on two occasions after a fatal punch to a 64-year-old festival attendee, is to be released.
