The four men detained by the Judicial Police (PJ) suspected of kidnapping and kidnapping crimes in August in the Navy will await the development of the pretrial investigation.
Judicial Police identified two other suspects who fled to Brazil and for whom international arrest warrants have already been issued.

Suspects have kidnapped a 25-year-old boy who was allegedly taken to an abandoned house in Marinha Grande last month. The defendants and the victim are foreigners. The purpose would be to collect the alleged debt.
The 25-year-old man will have fallen into a trap before being manipulated and taken to an abandoned house. PJ says he was threatened with weapons, violently assaulted and filmed. Two other suspects fled to Brazil.
The PJ held five elements of a group of young people, of foreign nationality, who kidnapped and assaulted "brutally", an individual, in the Navy, last August, due to an alleged debt. Two of the aggressors will have, however, fled to Brazil.
