A Democrat running for Congress in Pennsylvania is the latest victim of alleged campaign theft by Treasurer Yolanda Brown. Chris Rabb, a Democrat who currently serves as a state Representative, said his now-former campaign Treasurer made unauthorized withdrawals from the campaign account.
