A new clinical study published in the Journal of Dietary Supplements found that yeast beta-glucan supplementation significantly increased antibody response to the influenza vaccine in adults aged 50 and over. The findings suggest that beta-glucans may support immune health and improve vaccine efficacy.

Participants aged 50 or over took a supplement for two weeks before and four weeks after receiving the flu vaccine.
