“Dear PoPville, FYI – Scooters are basically completely restricted. I assume this has to do with the military parade over the weekend. There was literally zero communication from the city or Lime. It is absurd that they regulate them like this. They lifted some so I guess it was partially for Pride, but wouldn’t be surprised to see them come back for the army parade.
