- Reaffirming Egypt's adherence to the one-China principle, Sisi pledged to work with China on multilateral platforms, including the United Nations and BRICS, to uphold international fairness and justice.
- Promoting closer people-to-people bonds and strengthening security cooperation remain key objectives, with both countries aiming to contribute to regional development through the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum and the China-Africa Cooperation.
