XENIA — Xenia High School senior Houda Loukssi recently competed in the Poetry Out Loud State Finals held in Columbus. As one of Ohio’s state finalists, Loukssi competed against six other students from areas across Ohio including Gallia, Franklin, Hamilton, Lucas, Delaware, and Portage counties.
