Wyoming House committee supports Senate bill to modernize state grazing subleases

CASPER, Wyo. — The Wyoming House Agriculture Committee on Thursday approved legislation that would reshape how ranchers sublease state grazing lands and impose new requirements when livestock owned by someone else is placed on those leases.
