TORRINGTON, Wyo. — The Wyoming Department of Corrections recently announced that James Lancaster, an inmate of the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution (WMCI) in Torrington, Wyoming died on July 8. According to a release from the WDOC, Lancaster was convicted on June 5, 20000 in Natrona County by Judge David Park of Murder in the First Degree.
