A Philadelphia woman has been charged with trying to smuggle a cellphone to an inmate at Delaware County prison. PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) —  A Donald W. Wyatt Detention Facility inmate accused of smuggling drugs inside the prison was indicted on Nov. 19, according to Acting United States Attorney Sara Miron Bloom.
