Write-in candidate Doug Clements has won the mayoral seat in Charleston. The certification came Tuesday after Wasatch County Clerk Joey Granger conducted a recount.  Mayoral candidate Jan Wilson, who received 92 votes, requested the recount after updated general election results from Nov. 21 showed her trailing Clements by just one vote.  Charleston, a small town of 400 located near the Deer Creek Reservoir, had 79% voter turnout overall.
