WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, NC (WWAY) — A long-term project to upgrade water meters at homes and businesses in the Town of Wrightsville Beach is scheduled to begin later this month. WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH — Residents and businesses in Wrightsville Beach will soon see activity around their water meters as the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority begins a significant upgrade project this month.
