Over 140 youth delegates from 53 countries around the world have gathered in the capital to attend the 21st General Council of the World Federation of Democratic Youth (WFDY).

The Conference of Youth and Family Ministers has called for strengthening democratic youth work. The members of the conference met in Hamburg on May 22 and 23 - a key decision concerned how to deal with the principle of neutrality in youth work.
