JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Johnstown veteran was memorialized during a bridge dedication ceremony at the Elton Sportsman's Club Friday afternoon. Private First Class Wallace Rice served in the 101st Airborne Infantry during World War II. While manning a flight in Europe, his plane crashed in Holland in 1944.
