- Designed for organizations of all sizes, the new International Standard provides practical recommendations for leaders and human resources professionals to identify and address workplace factors affecting employees experiencing menstruation or menopause.
- ISO Secretary-General Sergio Mujica said the standard "provides internationally agreed recommendations," while Sarah Sim of the Swedish Institute added that building consensus among global experts was essential to developing the guidance.
