"Some important countries in Europe, Asia Minor and the Far East have mentioned this and this possibility is being discussed publicly," Grossi said, referring to an idea he has mentioned as "friendly proliferation." "All this worries me deeply because I believe that a world with 20 or more nuclear-weapon states would be extremely dangerous," he warned in an interview with the British daily 'The Daily Telegraph'.
