With an intense and diverse program, São Paulo is experiencing a special week dedicated to environmental preservation, citizenship and building a more sustainable future. In celebration of World Environment Day (June 5), dozens of activities took place in parks, conservation units, cultural centers and public spaces in the capital and the interior of São Paulo, bringing together educational, artistic and community actions.
On the occasion of World Environment Day, Reporters Without Borders (RSF) and five organizations defending press freedom and environmental protection are calling on states to address the issue of information integrity as a pillar of the fight against global warming and, within this framework, to protect environmental journalists and support media outlets that cover these issues.


By 2024, nearly 402 million terabytes of data were created every day. Banking records, downloads or video recordings, all of this information is stored in public or private cloud spaces. However, they represent only a submerged part of the iceberg. Storage spaces are saturated with useless data: most of the time duplicated files, old passwords or obsolete data.
