The Red Devils landed back in Belgium on Sunday morning, two days after their elimination by Spain in the World Cup quarter-finals. It was one that received predominantly positive reactions from supporters after a surprising and bizarre World Cup.
The plane landed at Brussels Airport at around 10:20 a.m., in the quiet and without any particular organisation of the Federation. About 50 fans had nevertheless made the trip to welcome the players, who greeted them from afar before joining the bus on the tarmac.
