SHAH ALAM, July 7 (Bernama) -- Muslim workers and residents in Selangor are encouraged to pay their zakat through the Selangor Zakat Board (Zakat Selangor) to ensure the proceeds are channelled to eligible asnaf (zakat recipients) in the state in accordance with Islamic law and prevailing fatwas.
