Kelham Island co-living project enters build phase
Construction has started on a £24 million co-living development in Kelham Island that will add 100 units to Sheffield’s city-centre housing supply by spring 2027. The scheme, known as Hive, is being developed by Grantside, with construction led by HBC Construction Limited and project management from EDGE.
