Worcester stabbing: Neighbor charged after knife found in victim’s neck

Worcester police officers found a stabbing victim with the knife still in their neck on April 1. The stabbing victim’s neighbor, Jason Delvalle, is facing charges of armed assault to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
