BRYAN, TEXAS — Woodside Health, a Cleveland-based private equity healthcare real estate firm, has purchased a 126,059-square-foot medical office building in the Central Texas city of Bryan. Built in 1999 and known as The Physicians Centre, the four-story building is attached to a private specialty hospital and was leased to 37 tenants at the time of sale.
