The following were the largest recorded property sales during the second quarter of 2026: Whirlpool purchased the former Toledo Solar facility on Dixie Highway in Perrysburg for $16.2 million. Belamere Suites in Perrysburg sold for $16.75 million. A Class A industrial warehouse/distribution facility on Glenwood Road in Rossford sold for $28 million. The largest transaction was the sale of the eastern portion of Levis Commons in Perrysburg for $59.2 million. Mortgage activity declined during the second quarter of 2026, with 954 mortgages recorded. That represents an 11.17% decrease from the 1,074 mortgages recorded during the second quarter of 2025. “Wood County’s real estate market saw an impressive spring and a strong start to the summer buying season,” said Rose. “While several large commercial transactions significantly increased total consideration for the second quarter, the overall level of recording activity shows that buyers and sellers remain active across the county.” The recorder’s office will continue to monitor trends in real estate transactions across Wood County and provide updates to keep the public informed.
