A Philadelphia woman who stabbed her son’s neighbor in 2023 over a noise dispute in an apartment building was sentenced to 2-6 years in a state prison. Cherie Webb, 50, of Nassau Road, had entered an open guilty plea in March to one count of aggravated assault before Common Pleas Court Judge Kevin F. Kelly.
