TROY, Mo. – FOX 2 News has learned a Lincoln County woman accused of trading a foster child for a monkey has entered a plea deal with prosecutors. On Monday, Brenda R. Deutsch, 70, pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
