A 42-year-old woman was shot and killed overnight on the Near West Side, according to Chicago police.

Woman found fatally shot in Near West Side home

<p>A 42-year-old woman was found fatally shot inside a Near West Side home at around midnight Saturday, Chicago police said.</p><p>Officers discovered the woman, who has not been identified, inside the home in the 2100 block of West Jackson Boulevard. She was shot several times and was taken to Stroger Hospital where she was pronounced dead, according to police.</p><p>No one has been arrested, police said.</p>
