Woman run over by Department of Public Safety agent in McAllen

An agent of the Department of Public Safety (DPS) impacted a woman in McAllen with his vehicle, said María Hernández, spokesman for the DPS. The incident occurred on Thursday morning when the officer was heading south over the McColl and when he turned the Trenton he ran over the girl who was on foot and whose identity has not been revealed.
