Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report that Raniyah Kennedy Brown, 24, of 1062 Heritage Court, was issued a summons for domestic violence Monday, June 14, at about 5:48 p.m. following an incident at her home.  Dispatchers received a call from another resident of the building reporting a loud argument coming from a nearby apartment.  As police arrived, they observed Brown leaving the premises.
