A 43-year-old woman and a yellow Labrador died Friday when her vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on into a truck in Lebanon County, police said.Lancaster County resident Bethany L. Tomassetti was driving an SUV east on Route 322 when she crossed into the westbound lane and crashed around 5:16 p.m. near South Mountain Road, Cornwall police said.
