JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) - The woman accused of stabbing a man to death at a Jackson McDonald's will undergo a mental evaluation. Destiny Gibson, 22, appeared in court on July 8 after the State Hospital required an additional order to evaluate her. With a mental evaluation, Gibson waived her right to a preliminary hearing.
