A woman broke into a home, was arrested while walking her dog while she didn’t have any pants or shoes on and then while en route to the jail, she even managed to disconnect the deputy’s radio in his patrol car. A total of eleven charges have been filed against 38-year-old April Dawn Gessner of Gassville for the incident last Thursday afternoon.
