ZEPHYR COVE, Nev.––On Sept. 4, 2026, the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office filed a criminal complaint charging Erinn Miller, 46, with two felony counts of embezzlement. Investigators with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office subsequently arrested Miller on Sept. 8, 2026 pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by Senior Judge Steven McMorris.
