Bexar County deputies found a small dog in a crate with its muzzle duct-taped shut on Culebra Road. A 51-year-old woman was arrested on a state jail felony animal cruelty charge; two dogs were seized.
SAN ANTONIO – A suspect of cruelty and torture against an animal was arrested and admitted to prison, reported the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
