SAN ANTONIO – A woman linked to the theft of an ambulance was arrested, the Police Department reported. The incident occurred on Wednesday, around 11:00 a.m., in the 100th block of South St. Mary’s Street, in San Antonio. According to the police report, a medical emergency unit was attending a service call.
