The Government offered an increase of 3 per cent in September and another 3 per cent in October, a proposal that was rejected by the educational unions. They demand a wage recomposition of 32.5 per cent and compliance with the University Financing Act.
The Executive informed that it will apply an increase of 3%, despite the fact that teachers and non-teachers have rejected the proposal.
In the midst of the discussion for Budget 2027, the Ministry of Human Capital offered a 3% increase in September and 3% in October, but it did not validate 32.5% of the salary recomposition requested by the teaching unions, reflected in the current precautionary on the Law on University Financing.
