San Miguel de Allende, Gto.- This Friday will start the third edition of the San Miguel de Allende Arts Festival (FASMA) to be held from 1 to 17 August with more than 100 cultural and artistic activities in different parts of the city. The inaugural event will be in charge of the Big Band Jazz of Mexico and Il Tenore who will present the concert entitled “Through the years”, in the main garden at 8:30 p.m.
