Winter storm warning issued for Upper Peninsula until Wednesday evening – may reach 11 inches of snow

The National Weather Service released a winter storm warning at 3:14 a.m. EST on Tuesday valid from 7 p.m. EST until Wednesday 7 p.m. EST for Keweenaw, Houghton, Baraga and Marquette counties.The weather service states, “Heavy mixed precipitation expected.
