RWE and Danish construction company Østermark Entreprenørforretning have held a topping-out ceremony for the operations and maintenance base for the Thor offshore wind farm. Located at Thorsminde port, the 2,300-square-metre, three-storey building will include a control room, warehouse and office space to support daily wind farm operations.
