Wind advisory in place for 20 Michigan counties for Wednesday and Thursday – gusts to hit 50 mph

The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory at 3:31 p.m. EST on Tuesday valid from Wednesday 7 p.m. EST until Thursday 7 a.m. EST for Emmet, Cheboygan, Presque Isle, Antrim, Otsego, Montmorency, Alpena, Kalkaska, Crawford, Oscoda, Alcona, Missaukee, Roscommon, Ogemaw, Iosco, Gladwin, Arenac, Chippewa, Mackinac and Charlevoix counties.The weather service comments, "Northwest winds 10 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected."
